Maidenhair fern – Capillus veneris
Valued by the ancient Greeks as a healing herb and has been used since the time of Dioscorides due to its healing properties.
The herb acts as an antitussive, expectorant, emollient, sedative, antipyretic, astringent, purgative, emetic, purgative, cooling, tonic and diaphoretic.
